Sensorial Profile

Color: Yellow-green
Smell:
Release a medium fruity smell with a green grass and artichoke bouquet.
Taste:
Well balanced between bitter and spicy with the latter with the latter making itself clearly felt in the back-palate thanks to the important charge of polyphenols. It leaves the mouth well dry without trace and with a persistent fragrant scent.
